About

Hello and Welcome,
I’m Cristina — the person behind the Quality Mentor Warrior project.
I transitioned into the QA world in 2017, but my career didn’t start in tech. My background was in Radiotherapy, supporting oncological patients through daily treatment. That experience shaped how I work today: with empathy, calm communication, and care for the person on the other side of the process.
I’ve also had the privilege of teaching Radiotherapy professionals at university — something I’m genuinely proud of. In parallel, I decided to reinvent my path and, in 2014, I began a Bachelor’s degree in IT Management & Systems, which I completed in 2017. That same year, I received my first offer as a Junior Tester — and a new chapter began.
I created this space for people who want to transition into QA and for junior QA professionals looking to grow with confidence. Starting in tech (or starting over) can feel overwhelming: too many tools, unclear expectations, and the feeling that everyone else knows more. If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I’m not ready,” you’re exactly who I built this for.
Quality Mentor Warrior is where empathy meets action. You’ll find structured guidance to prepare your QA mindset, practical resources, and clear steps to help you break into QA, strengthen your testing skills, and build the confidence to show up in interviews and on the job.
My approach is warm, honest, and tailored — because you don’t need to become the “perfect” candidate. You need a realistic plan, the right habits, and someone in your corner who helps you turn confusion into clarity.
If you’re ready to move into a Quality Assurance role or grow as a Quality Assurance engineer, you’re welcome here. Let’s build your next step together.
